The New Moon, June 13^th, lands on the Sabian Symbol degree 23-Gemini, “Three fledglings in a nest, high up in a tree.” Birds are often symbolic of Spirit. How are you using this New Moon energy to prepare for flight? Writing affirmations and repeating mantras can be a good first step. What about listening to your intuitive hunches? Watching for synchronicity is another way we’re guided toward our goals.  

Developing a project or embarking in a new direction is also reflected in the upcoming Mars Retrograde (June 26^th through August 27^th). Bill Tierney states the following in his book on aspects…” Mars retrograde urges for a constructive alteration of an energy pattern that otherwise could end up becoming very self-depleting and non-productive” Look at those dates again if you’re ready to break a habit or face a fear. The alternative may support a stuck feeling and be more depressing in the long run. Energy usually directed outward is turned in during a retrograde. Ambition and drive are at an all time high. Just be careful of burning the candle at both ends!

June 15^th is when creative pursuits take center stage. Unexpected connections pull you out of your comfort zone. New experiences help broaden your understanding of past relationship challenges. Autonomy will be high on the list in partnerships. Around the 20^th, music plays and important role in shifting your perspective. The synchronicity of the words to a song, or a tune from childhood, can bring memories to the surface for healing.

June 21^st the Sun moves into Cancer. Reinventing your style should not break the bank. Double check your budget before making large purchases. You’re feeling generous and a risk or gamble could mean an unexpected windfall on June 23^rd. After that, all bets are off.

You’ll have the support of decision makers June 27^th – 29^th. Transformation of an old idea could be part of reworking your goals to move in new directions over the next two years.
